Matheson Custom Homes may be a new name in
Chestatee, but the founder, Matt Thrash, is already a well
respected builder in Chestatee. For the
past seven years, while employed by another company, he
built over 80 homes in this development alone. While
pursuing a degree in Business Administration, part time jobs
in the home building industry led to his passion for
building exceptional homes. After graduating, he chose to
learn his profession from the ground up and has been
building homes in the Atlanta area for the past 20 years. As
a builder, Matt believes that sound building principles,
attention to detail and unique features are what make a
well-built home. These ideals have led to strong, lasting
relationships with his sub contractors, who are an integral
part of building a quality home. Matheson Custom Homes
offers more by including features which others consider
